Free themes

No payment is collected for the current 11 free themes, so there is no paid amount to refund. Please contact us if you cannot access or download a claimed theme.

Planned premium sales

Premium products are not on sale yet. Our intended policy for future digital source packages is no discretionary refund for a change of mind after delivery. This does not remove mandatory consumer rights or remedies for issues such as non-delivery, a materially misdescribed product or a defective download where applicable law requires a remedy.

Lemon Squeezy transactions

Lemon Squeezy's applicable buyer terms and refund decisions also govern transactions it processes. Lemon Squeezy reserves the right to issue a refund within 60 days of purchase at its discretion to prevent chargebacks, even when a seller has a no-refund policy. This is not a promise of a 60-day money-back guarantee from Coordiation.

How to report a problem

Email wiryosaputra@coordiation.com with the product name, order reference, account email and a description of the issue. Do not include a card number, password or sign-in code. Any approved paid refund will be processed through the payment provider.

The final premium listing and checkout will make the applicable policy available before a purchase. Coming-soon pages do not accept money or preorders.
