Information used to run the shop

We process your email address, sign-in challenges and session records to provide account access. We keep order and theme-ownership records, release and download records, and administrative audit records to deliver source packages, maintain access and investigate misuse. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include.

Cookies

The shop uses first-party cookies for sign-in, verification, cart selection and test-checkout continuity. Account sessions expire after seven days; verification codes expire after ten minutes. Cart state is temporary and may be reset. These functions are needed for the shopping and account flow, not advertising profiles.

Website statistics and infrastructure

The shop's application statistics store daily counts of visits to its homepage and product pages. They do not store visitor IDs, IP addresses, referrers or query strings in the analytics table, and are not unique-visitor counts. Hosting, proxy and email services may process technical connection data and operational logs separately to deliver and secure the service.

Payments

The current theme collection is free. The Lemon Squeezy integration is in test mode. If you use a test checkout, the provider processes the information entered there and may send order information to our server. Do not enter real payment card details in test mode. For future live transactions, Lemon Squeezy will process checkout and payment information under its own privacy policy. We do not collect card numbers through shop forms.

Service providers and retention

Hosting and email infrastructure process information needed to operate the shop; Lemon Squeezy processes its checkout information. These services may process information in other countries. Account, order and audit information is kept as needed for access, support, security and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Expired authentication records are cleaned up during normal authentication operations; not every record is deleted immediately when a session expires.

Your choices

You can sign out or sign out all devices from your library. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may verify account ownership before acting and may need to retain some records for security or legal obligations. Do not send sign-in codes or passwords with a request.
