The 11 current free themes retain their existing MIT code license. MIT permits use, modification, distribution and commercial use subject to its terms, including retaining the copyright and permission notice. Read the LICENSE file included with your download. Restrictions described below for premium code do not apply to MIT code.
Planned single-project license
Use the purchased premium theme or UI kit to build one finished website or application for yourself or one client. You may modify the source and give the client the source needed to maintain that project. A new, independent project requires another license.
Planned agency theme license
Use the purchased premium theme in multiple finished personal or client websites. Your team and contractors may work on those projects. The license covers that theme, not every product in the store.
Premium redistribution
The planned premium licenses allow commercial end products but not resale, public redistribution or sublicensing of the source as a template, UI kit, stock asset or competing source library. Keep premium source repositories private. A client may maintain their finished project but may not redistribute the underlying premium template as a separate product.
Updates and continued use
The planned purchase includes 12 months of updates for that product. It is not a subscription. You may continue using a lawfully acquired version within your license scope after that period; future updates are not promised beyond the included period.
Third-party assets
Photos, fonts, icons, packages and other third-party materials keep their original licenses. A preview does not grant redistribution rights. Assets will be included only where permitted, or documented as separate requirements.
Before premium launch
These premium terms describe the planned scope. The final license document will be available before purchase and included with the paid package. No premium license is sold or issued through this page today.
